Please read the below text carefully, its nothing heavy just some basics of the process to keep you familiar with the way we work.

Orders will only begin processing when cleared funds have been received. Please allow as much time as possible for your order, as there needs to be some contingency time included with every print job to be on the safe side.

Your proof signoff is your final authorisation to go to print. if there appears to be a problem with your proof, PLEASE FLAG IT or no responsilbility will be assumed by ourselves. Mistakes can be rectified at the early stages but once you give the OK thats it, the job will be printed and you have committed to receiving the product.

As tee-shirtz.com operates on a print-to-order basis, returns are not accepted for sizing mistakes, spelling mistakes, colour clashes (we will flag these to you) or supplied artwork errors unless of course introduced by ourselves.

Returns for lateness are only acceptable for mistakes on our part; if you need 50 shirts in 5 days you are pushing it! Please bear this in mind and always communicate your deadline to us to keep the process tight.

We endeavour to bring you every colour we offer on the site. If we can't source the colour or style you ordered exactly, we will contact you to arrange a different colour combination before proceeding.

We trust you won't need to return any items as we're very vigilant, but in the unlikely event something is wrong, just give us a shout and we'll do whatever we can to rectify the situation.

All shirts are made to last, and washing instructions will be communicated to you with your order to ensure you get the most out of your tee-shirtz.com purchase.
